1. Definitions

“BlueSpace” refers to the BLUE SELF-STORAGE, SL, company; “User” or “you” refers to any user of the Site; “TOS” refers to these general terms of service; “Protected Elements” refers to the elements of the Site protected by intellectual property rights, as defined in the article “Intellectual Property”.


2. Scope

The purpose of the TOS is to define the conditions under which you can consult the Site. By browsing the Site, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms of Service. If this is not the case, we invite you to stop using the Site. BlueSpace may modify these TOS at any time, in particular in order to comply with the regulations in force. The User must therefore regularly check the Site to stay informed of any changes or updates to the TOS (see date of last update above).


3. Intellectual Property

The architecture of the Site, trademarks, domain names, databases, software, content and all other elements making up the Site, without this list being exhaustive (hereinafter the “Protected Elements”), are the exclusive property of BlueSpace or the property of third parties who have granted a license to it. These TOS do not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights attached to the Site or to the Protected Elements for your benefit. You refrain from any action likely to infringe, directly or indirectly, the intellectual property rights of BlueSpace or, where applicable, the property rights of third parties on the Protected Elements. Thus, the use, reproduction, transmission, marketing or creation of derivative works based on the Protected Elements without the prior written consent of BlueSpace are strictly prohibited and may be penalized as infringement. You agree not to access or attempt to access the Site by any means other than through the Site interface provided by BlueSpace, and not to engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.


4. Operation and Availability of the Site

BlueSpace cannot be held responsible for the availability of the Site, access to which may be temporarily suspended, due to technical maintenance operations, migrations or updates or constraints linked to the functioning of the Internet. In addition, you understand and agree to accept the limits of the Internet network and in particular, of its technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. As such, BlueSpace does not guarantee that access to the Site will be continuous, without interruption, without suspension or without error, and cannot be held responsible for any difficulties or inability to use the Site.


5. Prohibited Conduct

The Site is an automated data processing system. Any fraudulent access or storage within it is prohibited and punished criminally. The same applies to any interference with or alteration of the operation of this system, or to the input, deletion or modification of the data contained therein. Thus, you agree not to disrupt the proper functioning of this automated data processing system, and in particular not to introduce viruses, nor to damage, illegally access or modify the data stored on the Site. You are also prohibited from systematically extracting and/or reusing parts of the content of the Site without the prior written authorization of BlueSpace. In particular, you must not use a data mining robot, or any other similar data collection tool to extract or reuse any substantial part of the material contained on the Site.


6. Liability

The Site is reserved for the private use of each User. BlueSpace cannot be held liable to you for any indirect damage resulting from your use of the Site (and in particular loss of data, opportunities, reputation) or your inability to access it, your use of the elements contained on the Site, or any failure, error or interruption of the Site. BlueSpace will make its best efforts to secure your access to the Site, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The Company cannot be held liable for malfunctions or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, such as service interruption, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses, or breaches of computer security that may cause damage to your computer equipment and your data. Furthermore, BlueSpace cannot be held liable for the consequences resulting from your breach of these TOS. Therefore, you agree to indemnify BlueSpace in the event of action taken by third parties, or conviction of the latter resulting from your act.


7. Hypertext links

The Site may contain hypertext links to third party sites. Insofar as BlueSpace does not have control of these sites, it cannot in any way guarantee or be responsible in particular for the availability of the said sites, the content or other elements found on these sites or the transactions that you could be required to perform on these third-party sites.


8. Protection of personal data

When you visit the Site, and in order to provide you with the services offered on the Site, BlueSpace may need to process personal data about you. We invite you to consult our Privacy Policy for more information on the use of your personal data by BlueSpace.



This privacy policy is intended to tell you how the personal data concerning you (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) is collected, processed and stored by BLUE SELF STORAGE SL, (“Bluespace”), established in Calle de Bravo Murillo, 194, 28020 Madrid, Spain, email: lopd@bluespace.es in its capacity as data controller. BlueSpace, being very concerned about respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your Personal Data, therefore undertakes to process your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, in its current version (together the “Applicable Regulations”).


1.Data collected and purpose

BlueSpace is likely to collect your Personal Data when you contact BlueSpace, by telephone, mail, email address, or directly on the BlueSpace site, as part of sending an application, or requesting information. Your Personal Data will be processed by BlueSpace, as the case may be: To process, assess and follow up on your application and organize interviews, based on BlueSpace’s legitimate interest in organizing its recruitment process, To respond to your requests, and if necessary enter into a contractual relationship with you (and in particular request for information, request for a quote concerning a move, etc.), for the purposes of performing a contract with you, and where applicable on the basis of BlueSpace’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests of its prospects, To send you news, offers and information about our services electronically, based on BlueSpace’s legitimate interest in promoting its services to customers and prospects. 2.Recipients of your personal data

For the purposes of the processing described above, your Personal Data may in certain cases be communicated to the following recipients: our service providers and subcontractors, in particular IT, as well as our external advisers, accountants and lawyers.


3.Data retention

Your Personal Data is kept by BlueSpace for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing, namely: If you are a candidate: your Personal Data is erased immediately if your application is not accepted. Nevertheless, BlueSpace reserves the right to keep your resume for a maximum of 2 years in the event that your profile has caught its interest, to call you back in the context of future offers. If you are a prospect, your Personal Data will be kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BlueSpace reserves the right to keep your Personal Data in intermediate archives for the applicable limitation periods, in particular to defend its rights in the event of litigation.


4.Exercising your rights

Under the conditions of the Applicable Regulations, you can assert, at any time, the rights detailed below: right of access: you can obtain information on the nature, origin and use of the Personal Data concerning you. In the event of transmission of your Personal Data to third parties, you may also obtain information concerning the identity or the categories of the recipients; right of rectification: you can request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data be rectified or completed; right to erasure: you can request the erasure of your Personal Data, in particular if the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the processing carried out. BlueSpace must delete Personal Data as soon as possible, except in the cases provided for by the regulations; right to limit processing: you can request that your Personal Data be made temporarily inaccessible in order to limit its future processing in the situations provided for by the Applicable Regulations; right to object: you may object to certain processing of your Personal Data on grounds relating to your particular situation unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You can also at any time, and without reason, object to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of commercial prospecting. In any communication sent by BlueSpace, you will have a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter; right to portability: in applicable cases, you can request to receive communication of the Personal Data that you have provided to BlueSpace, in a structured and commonly used computer format. Right to communicate instructions as to the fate of your Personal Data in the event of death. You can exercise these rights by writing to: lopd@bluespace.es. You can also submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), whose head office is located at 3 Place de Fontenoy – 75007 Paris, in the event that you consider that the processing of Personal Data does not respect applicable regulations.



In accordance with its legal obligations, BlueSpace undertakes to take all reasonable technical and organizational measures, and imposes on its subcontractors all the obligations necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data. BlueSpace also guarantees that you will only use your Personal Data for the purposes of which you have been informed in this Privacy Policy, and is prohibited from communicating, assigning or selling your Personal Data to third parties, unless you have previously consented.
